I grew up surrounded by National Geographic magazines depicting interesting landscapes, cultures, and creatures from around the world. Two family members who enjoyed global travel shared exciting and inspiring stories about their adventures to places that seemed impossibly far away and out of reach. These established my desire to travel, see and document our world, and create beautiful images to share with others.
Decades later, I am fortunate to have had opportunities to gallivant around and across different parts of our Earth, creating stories for my children and recording photographic memories of the interesting landscapes, cultures, and creatures I'm lucky to have seen so far. I thought I'd share these photos with you, enabling you to drift out of reality for a second or a minute and see the beauty of places, things, and moments that may be familiar or unfamiliar to you.
